Founded in 1962, the CSC is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a volunteer board of directors.
The concept for an international adoption medical clinic in the North Texas area was born in the heart and mind of pediatrician Bruce Eckel, M.D. Dr. Eckel and Dr. Mauk will evaluate children adopted internationally for medical and developmental disorders which present more commonly in these children.
