How to Help
The Child Study Center Foundation is a 509(a)(3) tax-exempt support foundation incorporated June 29, 1998. Its primary purpose is to raise money and manage charitable funds to further the Child Study Center's mission of providing diagnosis and treatment services to children who have, or are at risk for developmental disabilities, related behavioral and emotional problems so that these children may achieve their full potential. Among many uses, gifts to the Child Study Center through the Foundation establish and sustain programs, improve or develop facilities, and fund education efforts. Gifts, which are tax deductible to the point allowed by law, can be designated toward a particular Child Study Center endowment or program, or can be unrestricted for the Center to use where the need is greatest.
Types of gifts received at the Foundation include honor and memorial gifts, bequests, cash and other outright gifts, gifts of life insurance and charitable remainder trusts. Two endowments have been established to allow the Child Study Center Foundation donors to continue their gifts into perpetuity. The program endowment provides support to the Center in the form of a yearly distribution for program support. The school endowment provides financial aid for qualifying student families attending the school. Endowment funds are professionally managed to ensure their growth and productivity.
Child Study Center has extensive policies and procedures in place to protect the privacy of our clients and donors. We will never share any information about you with another person, agency, institution or entity without your permission.
